If you'd like to visit my office, it's is located in downtown Chicago.
I offer in-home therapy for new parents, as it can be difficult to get out of the house with a baby. The parent(s) can feel free to feed and change their baby during session, or have someone watch the baby.
I make visits in both Chicago and the Oak Park area. My goal is to eliminate as many barriers as possible for new parents to receive support. I would love to help you navigate the transition into parenthood.
With hectic schedules, it is sometimes difficult to attend appointments in person. Any person residing in Illinois can meet with Sarah via telephone or online sessions by using free, secure internet-based video conferencing technology called Vsee (www.Vsee.com).
It is preferable to meet in person initially to develop rapport, however, teletherapy is especially helpful when you or your child is sick, work is busy, or the weather makes traveling difficult. Studies have shown that teletherapy is as effective as in-person therapy for many conditions, including depression and anxiety.
